Boone Hill Solutions LLC, is a minority owned company located in Kansas City, MO. It was founded specifically to connect and introduce experienced or new investors to the note investment space. Our strive is to help individuals of all backgrounds to get a foot in real estate through investment notes.
We have focused on real estate investment notes because we feel that this is an excellent way to get into real estate without having to worry about the dreaded 2AM phone call that that toilet is broken or having to worry about finding a new tenant. Yes, investment notes are risky because the mortgagee can stop paying back, however, there are several strategies that can be implemented to help you continue receiving value from your investment.
In order to help out other individuals, we also invest in real estate notes US wide. Currently, have notes in Georgia and Wisconsin and looking to add more states to our list of investment. Even though it might look like we are still young, we have a vast network we are always willing to tap to help our clients and others out when needed.

Founder/CEO
My background is primarily in technology. I currently hold a Bachelor degree from the wonderful university Kansas State University and Master degree from DePaul University in the windy city, Chicago, IL.
I have been heavily involved in the real estate space learning all forms of investing and always learning more. I prefer real estate over paper assets because of the various strategies that can be performed. However, I will still dabble in paper assets as I have the time.
I look forward to working with all of our clients to see them prosper with their investments.
